Upcoming Events

NOTE:  Our organizations have a regularly scheduled meeting the 2nd Wednesday of the month.  The location is the St. Maria Center on the St. Maria Goretti campus in Arlington TX.  We begin with a social (6 - 6:30 pm), followed by dinner (begins at 6:30 pm) and then the speaker (7 pm)

November - Our speaker for our November 10 Serra meeting is Fr. Jim Morman who was born and raised in Northwestern Ohio and ordained to the priesthood with the Franciscans in 1992. After numerous other assignments he became Parochial Vicar in Arlington at SMG and is now back as Parochial Vicar at SMG in July 2021.  We look forward to hearing about his vocation story.  

December - This is our Christmas celebration.  It will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 8th.  Check back for more info on the speaker.

January 2022.  Deacon Paul Vetter will be our guest.  The meeting will be on Wednesday, January 12th at the St. Maria Center on the SMG campus.  

Monthly Events

1.  Monthly meals for UTA.  This occurs the first Sunday of every month.  The Serra Club of Arlington Metro provides a meal for the UTA  Catholic Center after their 5:00 pm mass.  If you are interested in helping, or with providing a meal, contact Bruns at admin@serraclubam.com

2.  Mass for Vocations.  The Serra Club of Arlington Metro mass for Vocations is the 3rd Saturday of every month at St. Maria Goretti church.  Please come join us!
